kawasaki green nova

ive just bought the nova mentioned above and remember
seein it on here for sale just wanted to no if any one knows
who built it and wots been done to it it was in the for sale bit a while
back

Was one round here with black cesaros a flushed boot (with a stick on reg plate in the OE position, gay imo) a couple of years back, i heard he managed to park it on its roof in a hedge so he cut the roof off it and welded a new one on and sent it on its merry way!

er no pics at sec its got a smoothed mk1 gte rear bumper and gsi front j reg started life as a 1 ltr now red top. fiesta rs turbo front seats gsi the rest think it used to have speed lines number plate ends in gor i think

Looks like a decent project, was going to say its been stood there a fair while looking at the rust on those front discs and the fading of the paint on the roof!

Time to fire up your welder then matey if its got a snapped cross-member!

Sounds like james.. If it is the seats are from a bwm m3(can tell as they are black) and cause i took them out of the bmw and made the subframes up, didnt like them in the nova so sold them to james..lol

and goin to give it a strip down and c how bad it is rust wise as bought a solid 1.2 this week as well think it mite have had a smack as it came with front coil overs one bent a bit and the hubs got no thred left in it only one nut would stay in it which was intresting when putting it on the truck lol

Dont know what happened there, but they are bmw seats as they are more black, the ford ones are most grey.
I made them.

i was looking forward to seeing this as my mate bought it but apparently it was involved in an accident today, hes getting it fixed tho it needs a wing and a tie rod apparently. also the front wheels are now pointing in defferent directions!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looks like theres the explanation as to why its on standard springs and needs a tie rod or cross member bud!:cry:

thats james-p old car lives not far from me and benn. that car is in a bit of a state from when i last saw it. amazing wot other people do to your pride and joy after youve sold it.

and for the record benn is right about the seats being bmw, i also had the debate with james about them ages ago:thumb:

i used to quite like the look of this car , and always thought the seats looked quite good with the gsi interior ,

I the seats have flat bars in the frame, these are bolted direct to the nova runners. So really they are as low as poss.

no offence mate but from what i can remember the car was in a nearly unsavaeble state after jay sold it to his mate and he "wrote it off" he tried to sell it on here to no luck, doesnt it need an inner wing and a tie bar mount etc etc?? why not just get a decent shell and swap it all over? fair play if having ago though, i used to own a vw spanish green mk1 i used to call it the green machine lol i loved it but sold it to some **** who rapped it round a lmapost!! :roll:
