Top hose is a nova one
Bottom hose is a nova gte/gsi one

The t-piece has to be an unequal T, 12mm-8mm-12mm
But i cant find one anywhere so im just blocking the 8mm pipe off with a bolt.

by blocking the pipe dose this not brake it as surely it needs to flow

Which end Riggy?
The thermostat end?

Tried the hose on my xe, and it seems proper slack on the housing, but apparently thats how it is and its fine once clamped up with a clip.

Mine was like that, I put another piece of rubber pipe inside it to take up the slack. Pikey spec at its best lol

mark the auto choke pipes are still different , i tried that lol , mines still got a screw in it

ad as for the hose to stat ,it is very slack but when engine is in the hose is too long so kinks over , i just trimmed it down and did as lee did , stuck another bit of pipe inside it lol
