View Full Version : corsa c20xe/let wiring adaptor leads

Basically i have made up a small lead that will plug in to a corsa b and the other end will plug into the c20xe/let loom ( the looms with three small plugs in the drivers footwell.)

The leads just plug in and saves having to cut any wires. this will save time and help people who are a little unsure on how to wire the xe/let up.


As you can see in the picture there is one singal black wire that needs to be run into the engine bay for switched live to the engine loom

Not at the moment im afraid, If sent one out today so once hes fitted it i could ask for a picture.

To be honest its so straight forward, ive used one on a conversion i done a while back.

Where does the black whire plug into?

It plugs into the xe loom to the right of the fuel rail.

Im going to be adding a diagnostic switch to these soon, so that you can read the fault codes at the touch of a switch.

wont be using mine for atleast few weeks craig.

so may swap it for the newer one with fault code reader if thats ok pal.

Will this work with a p reg loom from a 1.2 corsa?

Or is it better to use the the 1.4 SRI loom already fitted?


Only asking as my mate is having problems with his so we plan to take the SRI loom out and replace with the 1.2 loom as someone as really butchered the loom fitting the XE.


When will the new leads be made with the diognostic socket, either way we will have 1 or the other.

No problems using the 1.2 loom as long as its not from a 1.2 16v. I can have one with the diagnostic switch ready within a couple of days of you confirming which type of switch you want. pm me for more details
