Not without the VIN plate at least IMO. I have sold a couple of Ford ID's and do so with VIN plate, Chassis number from floor if possible, number plates and of course V5c lol

You can buy unstamped VIN plates perfectly legally though Chris :confused: Ive also sold countless vehicle's ID's that have gone onto rally shells for the same reason, usage of a private plate.
