Apart from the obvious places structurally, would a rotten slam panel fail the car on the MOT? Rot is in usuall place.

Slam panels are not structural parts of the car so I'm guessing it should be ok.

Anyone?

dicko passed his mot with a removable slam panel so you should be fine (long running joke... 8) )

Dont want to seem stupid or anything but whats a slam panel. I haven't heard of one b4?

It's the panel across the front of you're engine bay, above the headlights. Si, hows the old shed going? Got you're bits to collect today arrived in 2 days..... German organisation..... LOL.

Dave, it's an absolute peice of shite, but I love it!

Narrr, it ain't bad. Just very rusty. Engine and gearbox are lovely, brakes are not. Just needs some TLC. It will look nice in about a month.

Dave, those bits. You text me saying you have an Opel Ecotec cover. Not the one I want mate. They make 2 different sorts. The Ecotec V6 which has a black centre peice and the Non-Ecotec V6 which has the red centre peice and an Opel emblem. Go tell em they made a mistake.
