Best way to cut gaskets

I'm going to take my inlet manifold off to rebuild my twin 40 carbs and was wondering what the best tool to cut the inlet gasket to match the ports would be?

the inlet manifold itself. put the gasket paper on the manifold then gently tap it with the round end of a hammer around the ports. this will cut it perfectly to the shape of the ports
