we have tried to talk to them i have confronted her in the pub i have been to her house in the day and on the nights it happerns i carnt really do much as i have 2 cars on the drive that i aint ment to have on the drive no tax on council property

the council dont see it like that as we live in a council house it is there rules only and all that **** i sed to ma mum like ring the council or the police but she sed as soon as the council come next door will send them to us for having the cars on the drive

ive never had a problem with the council and i stay in a council house too. i have the nova in the garden (no tax or test) and corsa in the drive ( no tax) and they aint ever bothered me about them.

we have had all types of trouble for having them behind a pair of 6 foot gates the council bloke came in to our garden when we was all at work and took pics of what we had tried to gain entry to the garage and took pics though the garage window. Because we have a jack and a small compressor we are running a buisness from home what a crock of ****e

i dont see how you cant keep your own vehicles at your address wether they are taxed or not. as long as they are off of the road i.e your driveway then the council should not complain as its your cars and the are registered to you.

or phone the police, i had a similar problem with my neighbours, its a nightmare, suppose you could buy them some headphones for christmas lol

why don't you knock up a fake letter, go on your councils website and get there logo to make a letter head and send a threatening letter, suppose you save face from going round and causing an argument, less hassel then the police, and it wont come back to you, just put they have received several complaints all from sunday evenings, its unacceptable and if it happens again they will be kicked out.. just an idea!

We had a noisy neighbour a little while ago and the police didnt care :( and told us to call environmental health who then gave us a diary to log the noise and time and who was disturbed. Handed that back and got told they would take 3-4 months to "process" it.... The neighbours made the mistake of annoying the sarf ifrican chap 3 doors down...... He didnt give them a kicking but had some very strong words and also went in and ripped the plug off the stereo. They moved out the following weekend lmao

thanks for all your support. thay say we are running a buisness cos my hole family likes cars and we do alot of work to our own cars. my bro has a red top tigra i have 2 novas in the making and ma dad has a escort cab with a few engine mods. we like to keep all our cars running good and because of this we get complained about we do all our work behind gates. no one can see over it just F**KS me off that you carnt have a hobby any more these days.
