I took a poorly friend to a wedding in spalding Reg. Office once....... the reception was the weirdest I've ever been to.. The brides mum was a very keen gardener... the photos took 4 hrs so the whole garden was photo'd, we were left gasping whilst waiting cos they wouldn't let us into the marquee. then we were let in, wolfed down three cold courses, sat thru a speech & waved the happy couple off, all in the space of 1 1/2 hrs, then at 5pm, we left cos apart from the immediate family & friends of the brides mother, we weren't welcome.. they divorced within a year
