Yep. I haven't done it personally but I think it goes summink like 1.4 block, 1.3 head, 1.2 pistons and rods and 1.2 flywheel. Post this question on MIG, theres a bloke on there whose done it and will tell you all the wrinkles

bore out the 1.3 to take 1.2 pistons, have the crowns machined so you don't get crazy CR, and you get a 1.4. I did it years ago and the car had tons of torque, so on the road it went very well.
OR
just stick the 1.4 engine in.

I think you will have problems fitting this to a F10 gbox, so use a F13 box, its all about bellhousing clearance. Its about now that someone posts a reply saying that the 1.4 will fit an F10, so I'm probably wrong on this detail.

The 1.3 head should fit the 1.4 block, as long as you use the 1.4 gasket.

P.S. if you rebore the 1.3 block, you keep your 1.3 engine no. , and in the list of mods, you can state that it has had a rebore using std parts (ok they're 1.2 and need a little machining) but it works out cheaper on the insurance......PMC used to do the pistons as a kit
