Car failed the MOT on 5 items.

Faulty headlight switch
Faulty hazard light switch
Steering rack worn
Excessive corrosion near to drivers side suspension mounting
Passenger side outside CV boot starting to split

Quoted £300 + vat by garage to repair with me supplying the CV boot and switches, but I have decided to sell the car. The battery tray / boot floor / suspension struts are all ok. I am happy to take more pictures when the car is back home if you require?

Before the MOT, I fitted new Goodridge hoses all round and a new Vauxhall back box.

Also included with the car is a stripped drivers door in white primer and a new drivers wing that I have painted with white hammerite on the reverse side for protection. The Vauxhall CV boot kit will also come with the car.

The car is still at the garage and I will have it back home by this weekend. The car will be in Leicestershire, approx 5 miles from junction 21 M1.

It will be with the car when I pick it up.

I have not paid the garage for the MOT yet, I just spoke to them earlier on today. By the time I finish work, they are closed.
