brake lights

my brake lights have just started to only come on when i push right down to the floor on the brake has anyone else had this problem could this be to do with the brake padel switch ?

if it comes on but comes on late then its most likely to be the switch on the pedal, probably sticking or something or maybe a bad conection on the wire.

Not difficult to change or check. Maybe a bit of WD40 may help unstick it. Otherwise take it off and have a look. Doubt they will be very expensive either.
