For the last week i have been watching theses on the bay and put a bid in....Brand new MK1 headlight Protectors. £14 I won them for.

it did a first, but after a email to the seller he confirmed they where vauxhall nova mk1 (using a group stock photo)

my local a1 motorstores still stock them for mk1 and mk2's, at about £20 a go.

I was watching these from the day they went on, but bought a couple of other items and decided it wasnt worth it. If they were Mk2 i would have.

Theses are not the full width ones tho are they? I think these ones only cover the headlight, not the indicator aswell. might be wrong tho. they werent really hidden, I spotted them the day they were listed by using the incredibly detailed search criteria of the word 'Nova'!

Does anyone make protectors for headlamp protectors? only the whole point was to use something cheaper than the headlamp to keep them safe from chips etc.

When the protectors cost more than a pair of headlights its hardly worth it!!

Yup, I made the same comment when a set went on ebay for over £60 iirc.

That was OEM ones though.

I didnt know they made protectors for JUST the headlight. Im sure they are protecting the indicators too.. If not then the search goes on.
