Should be able to use the standard mounts, have you wound them all the way down? What length springs are on them?

Springs must be too long, Contact gaz and they'll send you shorter ones.

i have the same trouble with mine, only at the front though, i fitted smaller springs, and now they're down to the bumpstops, and it still sits too high imo.

Gaz have 2 sets of nova fronts available iirc, stock and short.

Correct Rick, inch difference in the length.

Mine must be the short one's. I got them off Chris Astley, suppose he knew to order the shorter ones for me as I didnt specify. I only specified the 300lb springs.

Correct Rick, inch difference in the length.

Is it only an inch?
Thought it would be more.

11" shocker bodies vs 12" bodies.

I dont think that these coilovers are designed to go particulally low as they are more with performance in mind than looking very low.

I too had mine from c.a.m, he never asked me? (not too surprised there though, the whole order fooked up from start to finish) Wonder if gaz would just sell me just a set of fronts if have the longer ones.

Best place for GAZ imo are Damper Tech, dealt with them a few times and they've always been spot on, sure they'd be able to sort you out.

If not rally design.

ta fellas, one thing's for sure, i won't be using c.a.m again. I read in retro cars that gaz direct will custom make anything, so might give them a ring directly.

I didnt thinkyou could order direct?

lol sorry, i thought you couldnt buy direct from Gaz, though it had to be thru a surplyer..

Rally design where great when i orderd mine with all the specs, gave good advice and info. But where a bit more money than the group buy on here.

my shock 12 inches long , spring is 9 inces long and the spring rate is 225lb. when i was putting them into car i had the push down on my bottom arm i was think that is was my standard top mounts that was causing the problem due to them being larger than a centrentric mounts?

Kinda ignore that, i've dealt with Damper Tech before and had no probs, but the last few times have actullay been with GAZ direct ... really helpfull.

wouldnt the 11 inch ones be 50mm lower over all as the rod needs to be an inch shorter too?

25mm surely?

If theres plenty of damper travel left and it isn't bottoming out, fit shorter springs

turbo-boy

thinking im gonna hav to do that. thinking 8 inch spring of a 7 inch one
