Smaller tyres, think 40-45 profile.

mate of mines running 15's on his with a 40mm drop which is fine, 60 drop might be a bit much tho, his suspensions solid too, so if your thinkin of a standard suspension bouncy drop, itll no doubt scrub i woulda thought.

what about the kits where you get 60 on the front and 40 on the rear??

You'll prob have to buy a spring a shock kit then a spring kit.
Low as poss isnt 40mm at the rear tho.

yeh unless you dont want to change the profile of the tyres mate i think you are better of with 40mm drop!have you folded the lip in your rear arches or ground it down?

Get some 45 profile tyres and your arch lips sorted. Tucking is better than grinding IMO. Then drop it!!

Get the arch lips folded up and you should have plenty space for the Astra rims.

I currently have a set of mk4 astra sxi 16's on mine with just lips folded up, 195/45/16 tyres, sitting about 80mm at the back with plenty space ;)

Mk1's have a wider arch lip than mk2 Novas. It might be worth considering.

I can't see why it wont go lower on 50 profiles, theres fook all in 45's & 50's, not to justify the price anyway.

I've had one of my Novas dropped -60mm on Cav GSi wheels with Yoko 50 profles, no arch mods no scrubbing.
