you can buy all the stuff from Bogg Bros

you need an inlet manifold, throttle cable (or make your own), you need to change the main jets (again bogg bro's will sort you out with that, depends what size of engine you have)

its basicly the same as webers but easier and cheaper..

There's a section on migweb "how 2 bike carbs"

http://www.migweb.co.uk/forums/engines-transmission/297105-how-2-bike-carbs.html

It starts off with the best intentions and then runs for another 20 something pages.
You'll probably lose the will to live by the time you get to the end of it.

lol pretty much what I was going to say!
Tom reid on there is making up inlets cheaper than bogg bros so its well worth speaking to him as I believe he currently has a 1400 nova running r1 carbs.

Im still thinking of doing it to my 2.0 8v at some point.

Well this was my old 1.4 sr engine with bike carbs on. They were fitted at Bogg Bross about a year and a half ago and were cracking.

If you go for them make sure you get bottom end bolts thou as you may end up blowing it ip.

With a polished head, cam, reboring to a 1425cc and the bike carbs I was pushing out just short of 140bhp, not bad bearing in mind the engine was 72bhp as standard.:D

It was a drive in and wait about 12 weeks and drive out lol

If you do take it to them they will sort out all you need, but get a quote off them first. With mine it cost about £700 at the time so be prepared. They will have probably come down in price by now, as this was when they had just done an article in retro car magazine and it was all newish.
