Hi there,

Im reluctantly puting my PRIDE AND JOY up for sale,or at least putting some feelers to see what the intrests would be.

Ive owned the car for about 6 years now, bringing it from the standard form of the SR, to a custom Rally/show car..
Its had endless hours of work put in over the years, mostly worked on at BAT MOTORSPORT Liverpool..
BAT motors have fully custom caged the shell, seam welded, full engine re-build,flocked dash, air equiped in car fuel/break lines, new panels, fully painted etc.....
Its in the 2.0 16v section,JAY SMITHS SR
Since that profile, its had P-assisted steering, and some paint detailing.
£5500/with p-plate
nice1 for looking

Seriously
without a decent spec list and some pictures
your pi$$ing in the wind at £6k

If im honest, most of the big money cars on here tend to take ages to sell at prices similar to yours and either end up being broken, or sold for a lot less

I really don't want to sound rude, but even in a good market £6k is ott for a very very nice xe. All the best...

No offence mate, but the car is really over-priced, i do like it but i'd be looking at giving you £3k for it

this car is mint like, much credit to you, but i agree, overpriced. i wud say the best part of 4k would take it, even then probs under 3.5k
all the best though with the sale

I dont usually reply on for sale threads but imo if youre not asking a gen question or offering a genuine offer dont post, replies like "oh its not worth what youre asking" aint needed kids so please refrain!

Btw lovely car, best of luck with the sale if it dont go and you can store it then keep!

Free bump!

so you been BAT motorsport been ripped off and now advertising your pretty much average looking 2.0 16v nova for 5.5k

what planet you live on pal 3k tops and i know you'll never ever get a genuine offer more than that for it

For that money i would buy a proper group A nova with a dog box than a looky likey

if you decide to break it i'd be intrested in the caged shell, you can keep your polished bits.

best of luck tho!

good luck with the car and getting near what you want.
;)

as been said, im presuming the main cost has added up from work being done by BAT.

if me id definately look at putting a more detailed advert up though. shows that your not really arsed to sell.(i know a link has been put up, but people dont really want to be searching for the details, when they should be on the advert)

all best though

tbh, it looks just liek a standard 2.0 nova.....

and the guy who was selling his nova, named probably the best nova in the world was only asking 5k and that was lush...

Are you seriously selling this?

Its been a year and you still havent put the spec up or any detailed pics of the rotten areas - bay, boot floor, seams, chassis etc....

May as well delete this thread tbh.

Yeah,it is still for sale.
dont really get a proper chance to get on the forum much..
i'll get sum more pics up,but to be honest the pic in the build thread are how it looks to date,it got a complete over all, no rottern areas,,bay is seam welded up an smoothed out and painted.. boot floor is clean with spear Speedline..and the chassis got stripped, with very little touch up welding needed,as the shell had been looked after and in real good condition..
Under sealed with stone chip protection(arches aswel..)http://www.pngclub.com/forum/viewfea...r.php?ref=3516 (http://www.pngclub.com/forum/viewfeaturecar.php?ref=3516)
