my current mobile contract (18month, £35 p.month, (1000mins/unlim txts)with 02) is up in december. Ive seen (carphone warehouse) another samsung mobile (im not fussed about latest phone-magic-woo technology) on O2 again, £30 p.month (600mins/unlim txts) gets a free ps3?!
comments/opinons/suggestions.. anyone done it bought it? catches?
thanks. Sorry if its a repost.
New state of the art phones are normally around the same price as a PS3 anyway so thats how they can do it so long as you have a 'cheap' phone.

lol.. u changed ur reply lee.. sounds all silly now.. :-S
im not too worried about the politics/economics of it all, just weather it is as true as it suggests i guess..
Im not sure, but if its any consolation, I looked at the deal and considered it worth taking, but im loyal to Vodafone so I wont change to O2 lol.
This may change though if I cant get decent 3G coverage when I move into the pikey van though!
Vodafone are the daddies of mobile network reception though Lee! Ive used Voda for over 5 years now & there is only one place I've ever been in UK where I get no signal with them.

I live in Newbury so I would be stupid to go with anyone else lol

Newbury a low signal area then?

Far from it! Vodafone's HQ is Newbury. Its where the company started. Id say nearly 40% of Newbury's residents are employed by them, and a quarter of the buses that run around are exclusively for their employees lol

i cant be assed with game consoles now so im still pay as you go :tard:
vodaphone's p1sh up by me. In fact the only network that did work was orange but even that was patchy.
Improved a bit now but Vodaphone's known as Voda-moan, O2 is NO-2 and when T-mobile was one2one it was called one2no-one!
Ironically t-mobiles the only one with full bars by me.
As for consoles - meh - I'm like brains - cannae be ar$ed anymore with the new games consoles although Huitar Hero is excellent!
Most games are all graphics and some action! I prefer the old consoles/computers. 80's games ruled! When the graphics were basic and you used your imagination and let the payability do the rest!
Bring on Manic Miner any day!
