Suggestions please but no engine transplants I need to keep them inconspicious because the insurance company will not be informed because they are wankers

Really, you wont be able to get much more power out of your motor, and it's probably not worth spending your money on parts (ie k&n).

Consider an engine transplant again.......is really easy to do with just a socket set and small tool box, with a hired engine crain. You can pick up 1.3/1.4 over head cam engines for next to nothing these days, and it would increase you power a substancial amount from the 1ltr.....whilst hardly denting your insurance premium.... :wink:

I agree - and not declaring the "mod" to yer insurance compay is naughty!

should be able to get 100bhp, but thats with obvious adjustments lol

throttle bodies etc, be the first to TB a 1L lol

put a new engine in it going to br cheaper the tunning up a 1.0 i dont think the 1.0 has many tunning parts for it anyway.
