Nova 1.4 SR Engine

Got a Mk1 Nova SR 1.4 engine here with a Piper Cam in it, said to be rally-spec

Whatever that could mean lol

Also has a ported and polished cylinder head

What sort of BHP/Torque would that be putting out ?

Wip the dizzy off and see whats stamped in the end of the cam(mark the dizzy position before removing it)

Is it still on the std pierburg carb? If so gains wont be much, probably a few hp

I think it is on the standard Pierburg mate but talk of a Weber 32/34 going on or even 40's
