removing washer

how do you get the front ones off?
sounds dumb but dont see how to,
also how do you get the back one off?
(mk1 sr spoiler stilll on)

Grab the front ones from underneath & push hard. You just pull on the rear one.

If you are trying to clean them, just poke a pin in the ends.
