Mk2 Dash in GTE

Just a couple of questions guys, do i need the mk2 heaterbox as well as the dash and does the mk2 dash mount in the same places?. Also are they all similar apart from colour or do i definitely need a GSI one, and would you spray it red? (thinking of red everywere inside car and nice ice install). One last thing, has ne one fitted 6x9`s in the rear side pockets and what do they sound like?

yeah, you'll need the heater from the mrk2 to get it working.

I have tried to put 6x9's in the side pockets, but I have found you can't on the right have side because there is some kind of support for the wing which stops the 6x9 going in.

all the dash's are the same (and grey) apart from the gsi is black, only difference
get a grey one if u are going to paint it.
some of the lower spec cars had no ciggy lighter or clock, but you could get these later from another car.

hey m8 ive fitted them in ma car wi a wee bit o MDF/filler and a shit load o filing................try it m8 it sounds the bollocks
