My 1st Nova

Well here she is as i bought her in need of some tlc

i`ve changed the front bumper to a mk1 sr which has been smoothed just need paint, changed the backbox, and back bumper to a mk2 model, changed the windscreen, put steering whell back on straight, refitted the rad pipes (were leaking) new brakes all round, sorted the handbrake out, fitted gsi anti roll bar and tie rod arms, re wired the cd player, new tires

Still loads of bits needed and some wiring problems

Not a bad start... get that boot sprayed up same colour as the car...

Lol i know, i have polished it since the pics came up lovely but is a different colour to the car. Would love a std one to put on
stickers will be going just worried about the paint when they come off
Want to change the wheels too any idea what theses are worth?????

If it's just a normal sticky back badge then just heat it up gently with a hair dryer and slowly peel it off...

Just be careful not to damage or fade the paint

My fuel gauge is working in reverse
and the 2 orange light on the dash keep coming on while driving

Looks good mate, i like the fact you changed the backbox. The first one looked poo imho! lol Sounds like you done a fair bit so far good luck with it :D

You need to get the car in either mk1 or mk2 format though, it just doesnt look right mixed around. That said, it looks decent enough. As for the niggley problems, welcome to Nova Ownership!!

Been thinking that m8 but to be honest the misses likes the mk1 front bumper and if she is happy then i get to spend money on it.:D

and i cant decide which one i like best anyway. Will look a better when its black

Get 2 Mk1 Wings, a grill and a pair of lights (£50 should get the lot) and mk1 it.
