Anyone happen to have a haynes for one? I need to know the headlamp connections for a 1991-ish (I think) model - its the euro spec "smiley" headlamps. There's a two pin connector coming out the back of each lamp...

Whilst we're on the subject, what bulbs do they use? (I did have a headlamp bulb fitment guide thing in my favourites but its not working, argh)

Couldn't take a look at the diagram round the lamps and tell me how the wires go could you?

Or take a pic/scan of that part of the diagram? :thumb:

high beam left /white,violet chase
high beam right/white,blue chase
low beam left/grey,white chase
low beam right/grey,blue chase

So I assume that each bulb has one pin thats live, then the other is earth? Should be straightforward bodging it in then :D

Nah ta, only have the headlamps so not really worth an entire manual :D

Possibly, if they'll fit. I think they may be too deep.

Na, the E30 Smilies fit neatly into the Quad Lamp set. I've tried a set at home and they're spot on.
