New Speedline price.

Was in getting tyres fitted a while back on the daily hack and the tyre place brought in a set of 16" Speedlines for a guy and he didn't take them. Just wondering whats a good price for the rims, he put budget tyres on them but I'd change them, so whats the rims worth?

I paid 500 quid for four wheels only from Wheel base in Manchester. The guy told me they were the last set they had, which was an absolute lie as they are still selling them and it was over five years ago. Aren't you in N.I. and don't they fetch a lot mare over there???

Think the guy want £625 with tyres don't think they make any more over here, he might have them sold as it was a while back, was going to call in to see.

They stopped making them for a while then wheelbase convinced speedline to make them again, hence why it's only wheelbase you can get them from.

Think they're £680 new with budget tyres

Someone local to me got a brand new set for £750 - That was the 4 of them wrapped in Toyo's *195/45/16*

I got mine without VAT for £620 with Toyo Proxie 195/40/16.

I'd say £550 would be ok with budget tyres.

Iirc my mate bought his waaaay back when and wheelbase also told him that his were the last set/last few they were selling as they were no longer being made, they prob make them in house themselves and wanted to put the rarity up before bringing them back again lol

i got mine from wheelbase aswell a few years ago.

i think mine were about £720 delivered from memory..........that was with yokohammas.

There on ebay from wheel base for 671 suppose it depends on the tyre quality/profile your after and postage to NI

There are alternatives to these wheels for novas.

Peeps should be looking at other options for this sort of money.

Someone I know who works at Wheelbase says the Speedlines have pretty much all gone (last few sets) and no more will be getting made because its taken so long to sell the last 500 they had made.
