seeing 'slatters' qu bout cam:
what is a good cam for mid range for a gsi engine?(brand etc)
also would peeps recommend getting just the cam or the 'cam kit' that is advertised??
and where is a good value distributor?

Piper Cams tend to be popular with most peeps.

I'm not sure which would give you more mid range power. I had a Piper Fast Road Cam in my 1.4SR which was pretty good.

Try and find a contact number for Piper or a decent Vauxhall performance centre, they should be able to give you the advice your after.
