that bottom one looks like its on the line of the car

id try to nock them out so the shape line is correct, then id fill them and paint

tbh if its a brick thats done it, their going to be pretty tough dents to remove

depends how good you want it tbh

if its your run about id go for just a can

if its your pride and joy id go for a full panel or "dust it in" as they say, i wouldnt bother spraying the whole side.. but if your mega fussy.. lol

yeah just get a small peice of wood, hit the wood with a hammer, it should knock out and even it up, then filler it, smooth it down then paint it :)

knock the dent out a bit so it isnt as bad, start filling it up evenly

onec its dry sand it down so its smooth and flat then spray thick coat of filler primer over it (buy it from halfords aerosol) take some 600 sandpaper wet and rub the whole painted area down until its completely smooth, should be repaired.

Im not going to go into details about painting it :P

But i would blend it and not spray the whole panel.

if you know anyone with panel hammers and dollies get the shrinking hammer on it from the inside then a thin skim of filler
