all comment's apriciated

right iv'e owned the car for 7 yrs now in total, bought it completley standard
but as you can see by the pictures i've done a lot of work on her.(well with help from dad too)lol

i took it off the road about 4 years ago when the head gasket went after a blast down the quarter mile at santa pod.and been doing bits on and off to it over that time here's a list of thing's iv'e done

new rear arches
new wings
new sills
smoothed bumpers(front bumper fitted with fog light's)
smoothed doors with locks removed
second wiper hole in scuttle panel removed
smoothed grille
escort estate rear spoiler
metal clio 16v bonnet bulge
bonnet pins
single wiper conversion
clear front side and rear lights
tinted windows
lowered 60mm on spax shocks and g-max springs
16" speedline's with 195 45 16 tyres
full magnex stainless exhaust
4 branch manifold
full engine rebuild (rebored block and oversize piston's head skimmed)
astra long ratio gearbox
stripped rear seats and boarded and carpeted
cobra daytona seats
momo apache steering wheel and momo boss
white dials
respray.
new fuel tank

as you can see i did have dtm mirrors but took them off and put a standard set back on.

i got it on the road a week before pvs had it on jov stand so some of you mite have seen it there.
the first few are before we put the final top coat and lacquer on it.

Gotta say, the bumpers dont look THAT bad. Bonnet vent looks out of place IMO but each to there own.

Sounds like youve put a lot of hard work into it so dont be kicked by me.

yer like i say some peeps like it other's don't
thanks for the comments though guys.
am toying with the idea of getting a pair of standard bumpers for it again.
but the vent will definatly stay coz it makes it stand out from the crowd and i like to be different:)

Nice motor, I prefer it with the original mirrors, it should look good with a fancy engine bay

That is very nice matey!! looks like you've put alot of work into it, quick question though, how do people smooth the bumpers? surely they dont pack loads of filler over it? is it fibre glass?

thanks mate :)
done mine with proper plastic filler mate and haven't had a problem with them
have seen it done with just normal filler and it normally cracks.

Looks clean and tidy, the smooth bumpers suit it quite well with the speedlines!
