Has since had:
New Cambelt kit (belt, tensioner & pulleys) supplied by AutoVaux
New Oil pump from AutoVaux
New Turbo Technics turbo in April (car purchased in the knowledge it req'd a new unit) at a cost of £581.63
Phase II chipset (though i have set the boost at just 10psi max)
Plugs/oil & filter/rotor arm & cap
Brand new windscreen
New battery
New amal valve
Engine has no tapping (either when warm or from cold start-up) & no knocking etc, pulls very well without the need for more boost IMO
Car also has:
Front mounted I/C
S/Steel exhaust (sounds superb, though not subtle, lol)
V6 front discs/Calipers
Rear discs conversion
Manual fan switch
Uprated suspension bushes all round
Cav Cesero Alloys with nearly as new Yokohama A539's
Alarm/Immobilizer with remote C/L
Digital dash
Astra GTE 16v leather steering wheel
Note: no stereo/speakers included in sale
Bodywork is good, few honest points to note:
The rear of each front arch has a kink (possibly due to previously fitted mudflaps catching)
Small area of corrosion on nearside R/Qtr panel (near bottom edge of door)-paint unbroken
Smaller rust patch at base of windscreen-paint unbroken
Also minor bubbles along top lip on offside door (near base of window)
Bonnet has some dents near the front, this was the previous owner thinking the bonnet was open & trying too hard to close it when it already was !
Passanger door has dropped slightly on it's hinges requiring a firmer 'slam' to shut
As always, viewing recommended though the car is very presentable
Both rear arches are fine
