the rear one is the bit behind the bumper(where it rots),and where the boot catch is.
does that explain enough?

if you can supply the panel than Id say about ?200 all in inc labour? you need to get the old one out 1st and its joined to quite a lot!

thats purely a guess based on position of the piece mind.

The front cross member (if thats the bit the bonnet latch clips into) only has about 3 or4 join points (side engine bay wing bits, light housing and the little bar in the middle to protect the rad) so is easier. The back is joined to the quarter panels and the boot floor and thats providing thats all ok and not rotten.

i'm doing the same for me girlfreinds nova but my da worked in the ship yards so he's used f*cking about wth metal so he's doing it for me so labour costs for me is a 6 pack

I've heard you can pick up welding machines for about ?100. You'll have to fill it with gas!!!!!! I presume there in the bargain pages.

It's a skill that anybody can learn but it takes years to perfect. I tend to burn more holes that I had to start with. A good mask is also essential, and a hat if you've got short hair. ouch! owww! arhhh!
