Just dosent look right in silver, seen a red one too and that too just looked like a lookalike. Green or nothing.

If it were originally ordered in silver it would have been registered on the V5 as being silver would it not, tax check says green.....
oh and its also not insured at present lol

i believe every sinlge lotus carlton was made in green (think it was imperial green) looks almost black untill you get closer or in the sunlight.

No there were iirc 2 red ones. One was local to me although a Reshell but as far as I'm aware there was 2 red.

I think that there was also at least one silver one direct from the factory. Was on Piston Heads a while back.

Ok, so let me get this straight, it still shows as 'Green' according to DVLA, AND it has 'GREEN' ****ing leather!?!?

If i jab both my eyes with my fingers (a la Marks Brothers) and keep them pressed in to my eyes for around 2-3mins, it looks Green.

All production Lotus Carltons came painted in the green with no exceptions.

The silver LC that keeps popping up for sale was the same as all the rest but the chairman of Lucus had it re-painted upon delivery in the silver because his wife didn't like green.

Personally I quite like it in Silver, it suits the car & I'm not saying its better. But it doesnt look awfull like a Playboy Pink one would.

Shame the wheels in the pics look gash & the underbonnet silicone hoses cheapen its appearance.

I think LC's will always upset & divide opinion unless 100% concourse tbh.

they came in green,checks have been made on the car across a number of sites all coming back "vehicle colour GREEN" wheels are wrong interior is wrong,all aspects of the car is wrong imo,if i were on the search for one of these,id be keeping my distance from this one!
