My CD player has the block connecters on the back of it but in the car are chocolate blocks whats the best way of connecting it up... advice plzzzz

Disconnect the wires from the choc blocks, fit connectors?

wiring plugs allsorts can be found on flebay. i got one cheap.

Chop the HU connector off and screw the wires into the choc block.

solder a proper ISO connector into the cars loom, and never have to worry about the problem again.

you can buy a bare ended male iso plug froma decent car audio shop for 3 quid, use that, just make sure you match up all the correct wires and cover the joins of wires with electrical tape at the minimum

chop the cd side block off, eat the chocolate blocks off, and join the wires, usually red, yellow and orange are the power ones, mm possibly black earth, and speaker ones youll have to trial and error to find out which corner.

Get one of these, Halfords or any auto electrics store..

.. and connect up from the wires from your choc block. Job done! Makes fitting new/different stereo at a later date piece of pee!!

dont use choc blocks thats a total bodge/easy way out do it properly get soldier and heat shrink.
