clocks/dial wires

u know theres 2 black wires that run into the connector block that plugs into the dash clocks. im in the process of soldering the block back to the loom, does it matter which black connects to which ? or will either of them do ?

Mk2? Yes. One is for the indicators, one for power.

Pin 4 is direction indicator.
