150bhp D16? Whats been done?

Not being picky, just that D16's aint that much tuneable unless your boosting it.....

I used to have a d16 civic and done a little work to it. With a good tune, cams and a good port and polish 150bhp would be easy. Coupled with a s/s manifold and exhaust Your laughing. Btw the d16 aint vtec the b16 is :)

Sound like a good conversion mate, shame that people seem to be criticising it without even seeing it !! alot of people on here are only interested if its on speedlines with GSI bumpers and a redtop, good to hear you doing something different !! was it hard, alot of fabrication involved ? cant wait to see some pictures, best of luck !

Seems like alot of work when you could have just thrown in a X18XE1, cam, manifold + remap you'll easilly see 150 horsies.. Plug and play. with a 50kg weight advantage over the C20XE :D
