45s will look fine and reduce the risk of contacting the arch. Win win.

45s look better (less like 4x4 tyres) and youl only have to lightly trim (if at all) the arches (especially if you want to go lower than 40mm),

50s if you want more accurate speedo, slightly better ride, but go too low and you'l rub n scrub on inner and outer arches.

mines lowered 60mm with 45's on with rolled rear arches and normal fronts, the rears have no scrubbage and only the fronts have a small abount when condering fast and sharply

i used to have 50 profile tyres all round, again with rolled arches, these scrubbed like a biotch even on minimal slow turning, had to take speedbumps at 3mph

id go for 45 profile tyres, 195's.. best choice imo :thumb:

As most have said, i had 195/45/15's on my alloys and were fine. Fill the arches plenty aswell. There isnt that much to fill IMO.

I'm running 195/60s but mine's only going to be lowered 40mm.

Only 14" GTE alloys

Meh, 195/60/15 here and no scrubbage. Speedo 1mph over at 70mph which is accurate enough for me :D

Although if its that accurate on those wheels, makes you wonder how far out it was on the standard 13" wheels!
