How do I fix?

Could anybody help? I don't think this is too much of a problem but!! when my Nova is idel it sounds like (pop pop pop) other words, not running smoothly. This problem started ever since I smashed my sump in and pushed the engine back 2" (inch). I had my car repaired, and replaced the sump and oil return pipe, and it's back to normal! apart from this not so smooth sounding Nova. Once I get going though it sounds perfect. Maybe they altered my Carb setup when they were repairing mi car! I'm not sure? anyone help?

Could be a damaged engine mount causing vibration, or part of the engine/ exhaust knocking against the body. Could be just a lead off. Is it a vibrating knocking/tapping or is it definately the engine that is not running right?

No, sounds like ur mixture needs setting up. Take it 2 ur local garage for a quick tune up. It cost me ?10 last time. (Not rolling road cuz that costs shit loads!!)
