Roof Rack for Nova?

Does anyone know if the roof racks on Novas damage the roof gutter plastic?

I want to get one to carry a bike but don't want to damage the paintwork or roof gutter area.

Anyone had any experience or advice with this? Thanks :)

i had roof racks from halfords for my nova and they didnt do any damage they had bits of rubber where it clamps on
