Scrapyard "chain" marks

just wondering, is it possible to remove the chain marks anyway from a nova? the gutetr rail has been bent but thats it. :thumb:

If it isn't so bad I don't see why it can't be repaired, as said tap it out with a block etc on the other side, get a friendly panel beater to do it ftw

Yeah seen them repaired on loads of cars, bloke by us used to hiab everything. We repaired a 307 he put the chains through.

did you see the capri on pimp my ride the roof rails got fuk'd by the scrappies and they repaired it so its possible with the skills.

Whats the underside like dave? Its been sat in watery mud which won't have done it much good. TBH for the price of getting and repairing it to a decent standard you may as well just buy one thats already a runner; 4drs are usually the cheapest novas to buy.

As long as the roof itself isnt damaged (which ic unlikely I'm afraid) you coul;d straighten it with a hammer and vice grips. Get it fairly straight and rplaice the seam sealer which will hide most of the imperfections and use a dollop of filler on the underside to hide it from there.
