Help!

Hi all, i just got a J reg sr nova with a wrap around spoiler on the back along with a mk1 Hatch on it (dnt ask me y) I was wondering if it would b possible to take the wrap arond spoiler off and put a Gsi or sr 1 on (ent they the same?) With out leaving any holes or nasty marks??

yes but the stuff they used to stick the mk1 spoiler on with is an absoulute bastard to get off. Your probably best off trying to source a mk2 tailgate with spolier already attached and getting it sprayed up.

I got a tailgate from the scrappy and the wrap around spoiler had been taken off, I just used jizer to remove the black sh!t worked a treat.

or better still just take it down to a bodyshop and get them to swap them round for you. shouldnt cost that much. Or you could just do it yourself and use loads of cleaning gear to get that sh!te off like matt says.

The holes for the mk1 spoiler "should" be in the same location as the holes for the mk2 spoiler - it "should" just swap over -

Same number of bolt holes. If not depending on where the bolts are you could always lob a couple off (if on outside and inside on mk2,m cust inside ones off)

Or get a body shop to fit it for ya

Nasty buggers spoilers are to fit.

Do it yourself, get hold of a can of Deb's Jizer(same company that make swarfega). Spray it on the black sh!t leave it 5 mins and then rub with a cloth. Worked a treat, I also used it to remove my sr vinyl.
