Has Mr Marshall got engaged

Just been on facebook and noticed that mrs Dave (Laura) is now down as engaged so put the 2 together but aint heard out from either of them.
Does any body else know as could be a reason for a party...

Did keep meaning to ask where Bert/Dave is? Doesnt seem to be on here alot. Posts on MIG every once in a while... Congrats to him if he is engaged!
