bought this instead of another mk3!! massively huge, uber comfey petrol guzzling 2000 model 2l automatic vauxhall omega!! £1200 including private plates (M666ABB), planning to black out the windows, lose the stickers, flog the plates and get a new private reg!! wont be doing anything till next year with crimbo coming up though!! :thumb:

bought it a month ago, alan hughes sorted me out!! 90 tops though!! omegas great, took it down the a1 and a ford galaxy TDI got me stuck at a ton as i had my nose in his ass crack and he wouldnt pull in!! not seen tops out of omega!! only downpoints are tickover loosens itself so i have to keep ajusting it (not very often though) obvious, automatic, need the front wheels balencing, and its rear wheel drive so im bound to kill myself in it!! lol

not for an omega mate!! i couldnt find one cheaper anywhere!! wanted a manual but you were talking way over £2000!! this is the most expencinve, biggest, fastest (and newest) car ive owned!! boot is stupidly big, bigger thatn my bedroom!! lol get some rite funny looks from the dibbles too!!

oh forgot to mention, the engine has been done out in chrome?? dont understand why, mite drive around with my bonnet up so people can see it!! lmao

manual omegas are nearly impossible to get hold of... but the big Vee's are worthless at the moment so im sure you can get then for well under £2K lol.
aslong as you are happy (if a touch mental thinking its fast lol) then thats all that matters

last boat with Omega badges i bought and sold was a TD Elite (the most sought after) and i paid £100 for it, put an MOT on it and taxed it and sold it for £600 after about a 2 months, they are officially the most unpopular vauxhall car on the market.

ha ha!! think the person who put the second ad up is a tad confused!! lol, i dont really care, its well worth the money IMO, just cos i like it!!
nice car bud but i bought my old barge for £800 and it was a 3ltr v6 eltie.It could cruize down my mates private road at 140 mph allday and wile running you didnt even know it was on.

ha ha!! same with this one!! have to put it in sport mode to be able to hear the engine, thats one of the things i dont like!! i NEED engine noise!!
then why buy an omega? especially a slooooowwww one :p

The NI Police use these as their Cop Cars so Second hand 3.0 and 32. can be bought for Sub 1k and they're all Manual and have all the extras.
Nasty Nova, my faith in you has been fully restored, well aside from the Auto bit but meh, half a loaf is better than no bread.

Who in their right mind would want to buy a V6? The engines are a joke and they are stupidly inefficient and after all that they are not exactly quick cars.
Anyone who buys an Omega as a performance car is DELUDED!

thats a good price for a face lift even if it is a MY00 GLS.. You have to remember the V6's are worth NOTHING these days and the four pots are worth a hell of a lot more.. I've seen two 52 plate 2.6 V6's scrapped over the last 4 months, they were merely high milers but worth sod all so they got scrapped for a couple of hundred quid when the scrap prices were high.
I always have an Omega on the go as a daily runner; I'm running a 2.2 CDX at the moment.. You get a comfortable, modern car that is relaxing to drive and super cheap to buy and maintain :)
I dunno, forcing the slusher box into gears in sport mode seemed to make it pick up its dress and run rather fast when I had my 3.0 V6.... ok the MPG was **** but who cares.

i dont give a hairy rats chuff if any of you dont like it!! i bought it purely because i like it!! posted it up here to show it off a tad!! i fink its lush, its huge too so could get a rite good **** in the back!! lol boot space is about as big as my room!! and i fink there blatently good looking!! not the usual car youd see driving around my estate (the bronx as alan hughes puts it!! lol) either. my dad is jelous as ****, although he wont admit it, as he couldnt afford a car like that!! mother isnt too chuffed either as she said if i buy any more cars im getting kicked out!! :tard: getting my own place after crimbo anyway so dont give a funk!!
