Car: 1.6 8v with no interior (no rear passengers) and a 6pt cage
Usage: Roads, country roads, etc. Hopefully tracks in the future

What would people recommend is the best spring poundage to run front/rear?

Would I need a higher poundage on the rear than the front?

As a starting point, the Gaz kit is 225lb front and 250lb rear.

Thanks :)

Thats a good starting point IMO, in fact the rears might be a tad too stiff for road use.

Try them :)

Higher poundage on back means less understeer, but a bit tricky to handle in the wet.
Id go with something like 225 rears, and 250-275 fronts

True as funk with regards to tricky in the wet!!!

For a road, my personaly setup is always a lower poundage on the rear then the front, but never a massivly lower amount!
