fule pressure reg

im told i need a fuel pressure regulator for my nova to run properly but need advice on what to buy. its for a 1.6gte engine with twin 40 weber carbs. currently its running without a fpr and is over fueling but only since i fitted a facet silvertop fuel pump. any help apreciated.
