you may remember me selling my novas a few months ago and i was kind of regretting it even tho i sold them to get the mr2 turbo and also had the beemer. anyway i drove the car for a few weeks and it then sat in my garage for a month or two, i then decided to do a few changes and got it back on the road a few days ago...

from this:

to this: only changed the front bumper, wheels and give it a damn good clean. polishes up perfect. just a shame everytime i come to take pictures its been raining Lol

only plans for it at the moment are putting on my 245 rear tyres from a BM onto the back and then i suppose its time for some tuning! or may sell it, i dont know Lol, any offers? part ex?

nothing has changed on the beemer, i just love it as it is. really cannot beat them for the price and i heard it for the first time the other week and i have honestly never heard a car sound so nice!

Some nice touches to your room. Like the MR2 aswell. Is the BMW a genuine M3? N/S headlight looks abit fogged up, seal leaking? Car looks good though.

no porn unfourtantly wilson :(

pete, sadly its not an m3. its a 325i but tbh seen as i wanted the car to be more of a comfier cruiser rather than performance, id rather have a 325 taking into account insurance and running costs. the only time il sell it tho will be to buy a real m3, and for it to be a convertible.

cheers for the comments tho :) next sunny day we have il get some pictures of it polished up. considering my cars are 15 and 18 years old, they really do have immaculate paintwork!

Nice place you have there. Automated roller door on the garage?

Only thing I'm not keen on with the MR2 is the huge rev counter and the fact the headlights are proturding slightly, I think it spoils the lines of the car, plus it can't do the aerodynamics any good with them like that? Ignore me if this is how they just happened to be sitting when you took the pictures, lol.

Nice room and the mr2 looks a million times better now!

The lights are like that cause of a sleepy eye kit for a guess?

Correct me if im wrong Jim, but im 100% sure the MR2 is sporting a lazy eye kit, hence sticky uppy headlights, but not sticky uppy as far as they should be lol

Jim

In that case I don't like the lazy eye kit. Sorry.

its not a lazy eye kit, its just something i do to them to stop them going all the way down Lol. im not keen on them all the way up and not keen when theyre fully down.

and as for the bm headlights, during the day im not keen on them but during the night they look so much nicer than normal lights. its basically a blue ring and a very bright LED on either side.

jim - it isnt automated sadly, we havnt got round to buying a new one yet which will be. and the rev counter is very silly, i agree. just havnt got round to taking it out yet.

thanks for the comments again, i went to take some proper pics today of the mr2. il post them up soon or later tonight :)

ps. anybody know of any coilovers for the BM which lower around 75mm which are not FKs? found them at £595 but was hoping GAZ or something similar would do them?

Fair enough dude. I love that shape MR2, and naturally you have it in the best colour ;)

is it a single turbo ? my mate had an import twin turbo mr2 and the lag was terrible, id always loved that shape mr2 but driving that was a complete letdown

Blue ring? Eugh... I dislike them even more! lol

I prefer the new oem lenses/ccfls/hid's look, less chavvier IMO.

Bilstein, Gaz, Koni, Eibach, Jamex, H&R all do coilovers for E36's, more research needed me thinks! Head over to www.e36coupe.com, lots of advice on there :)

I've seen those lights at night time, do look a lot better than the normal ones (at night) a lot brighter too.

i know the lights sound bad but they do honestly look really nice at night.

its the twin entry turbo and i agree about the lag, its awful but if you're in the right gear it feels awesome! its very quick as it is, and its basically standard.
