Is this correct for the rocker cover bolts?

Sounds right, they do not need to be tight. Much like the sump bolts.

15nm think i did mine to, so yeah about 6ft/lb, fook all really as there quite a weak thread and have a habit of stripping the threads, so dont over-do them.

My torque wrench only goes down to 15 so i did them to that lol

just do them by feel... I only ever use a torque wrench on headbolts and even then its still mostly by feel and then onto angles

I did them to feel on my sump bolts.
The result, one new sump required
