agree but its not going to hurt too ask not to sure why it matters too much to see one fitted in specifically a nova

Gte.Boi, its a roll cage ffs. It doesnt really matter what it looks like. In the event of an accident, god forbid, it saves you from having your head stoved in! Also gives the car abit of stiffness.
And on the pics thing, you cant find ANY pics of a roll cage in a Nova? There has to be a few to give you an idea in projects, surely?

Are you planning on using this car on the road? if so you will NOT get insured, not at the age of 17.
ya its going 2 be a road car it is £1075 my dad will own the car ant me as the main driver
Epic FRONTING Fail :D
text typing crept in there too ;)
Thats not fronting Stu, he said he'd be the main driver not his dad. Not sure how well that will go down with insurance though, most of them like the main driver to be the owner of the car.

As RJ said, i always thought the car had to be registered in the policy holders name? I dont understand what having his dad as the keeper will change? £1075 is that third party fire and theft (TPFT)?
If you are still after one..http://www.migweb.co.uk/forums/items-sale/373833-nova-safety-devices-roll-cage.html :)

You wont get insured with a cage at 17-18. Im 20 with NCB, when i was building my nova i wanted to put a cage in. It was adding a extra £300-900 onto my quotes to cage it. And my current insurer wont insure me at all with a roll cage untill im 21.
Thats unless you dont intend on declaring it.
