View Full Version : alloy fitment
hi all rite ive finally found a set of alloys that i like and havnt seen on a nova yet...but just wanted to make sure they will fit befor going for them.
the spec of the wheel is for the 15" 6.5 j pcd 4 100 and et 40 or they do them in 16" 4 100 an et 45.
dont relly want the 16s so will the 15s fit?

15'' 6.5J PCD 4x100 is correct but et40 is the problem. Nova's normally run et49 being factory fit so the closer you get to this mark the better the handling will be and less chance of arch scrubbing.
et 45 to et 49 is what most people aim for.
Tyre wise 195/45/15 is best and 50 profile is also used often. İf you go for et40 then you will need arch mods, the cars handling may be effected too. 15'' is best for better handling and 16'' looks real slick on Nova's so depends on what you want.
example: I got et43 195/45/15 6.5J. Have seen no detremental effects to the handling but they rears rub when theres 2 people in the back or on very bumpy roads with 3 people in the car.
When I get my new arches fittied arch rolling will be necesary.
