Binding NSF brake

My NSF brake is binding on and I've already changed the caliper and it made it no better, infact it made the brake pedal travel worse. It's all properly bled out and I think it must be the master cylinder seals not allowing fluid return. Are these common, and can you get seal kits instead of replacing the whole master?

Try replacing the flexi hose. They often break up internally and will not let fluid return back through, hence causing binding.

Cheers Paul, it was the hose after all. Saved myself £70+VAT not buying a master cylinder :)
