Okay i'll try and get this across as simple as i can - but knowing me i'll make it confusing somehow lol
Anyway i have random questions about nova bumpers! Right...i'll use some pics to try and explain what i'm asking so if i use anyones car as an example let me know if you're not ok with it and i'll remove it!
Basically how would you change the front end of this car...(Front bumper and grill)

To the front end of this car/the one below?
http://img186.imageshack.us/img186/1521/nova19bn4.th.jpg (http://img186.imageshack.us/my.php?image=nova19bn4.jpg)
As i would like to get a mark 1 nova sr and have it looking like this basically:
http://img146.imageshack.us/img146/6083/6114231tr9.th.jpg (http://img146.imageshack.us/my.php?image=6114231tr9.jpg)
http://img340.imageshack.us/img340/9297/6114232ka9.th.jpg (http://img340.imageshack.us/my.php?image=6114232ka9.jpg)
Only based on bumper looks, not colour of the car.
Is it a simple bumper and grill swap or is there more involved with it? If you keep it mark 1 to mark 1. Not like mark 1 with a mark 2 bumper on it!
Hope thats understandable
Cheers lol

And you could make a proffit in the process! as, as the mk1 'snowplough' bumper in the 1st pic is rare and worth much more than the later SR stuff in the other 2 pics.

Thats if i actually bought that mk1. I haven't spoken to CK yet. I texted him yesterday but got no reply :( i have tonsillitis right now, yesterday i texted him as i couldn't speak lol but today i can :D so i'm guna give him a ring tonight about 5:30-6:00 incase he's at work right now. :) I personally hate that 'Snowplough' bumper! I love the look of the SR kit and always wanted a white nova! So hopefully *Fingers Crossed* i can get a white one and then get the SR kit on it and paint the kick black. :thumb:
Oh and by the way, cheers for clearing that up for me guys - is it an ebay job for the kit?
Im sure you could get the parts cheaply from here. Infact im selling a Sr/GTE front bumper now.

Is that just the SR/GTE bumper? Or does that include the grill?
How much would you be asking for it?
And i really don't see any appeal in the snowplough one at all. Why are they sort after? How much are they worth?

I don't think removing the plough is a good idea (it would be best kept original) wouldn't a face lift sr be easier??

So basically a different car?
Could change the front end without selling the bumper...but i personally don't really care for it, not bothered about making money from it...like i'm not bothered if you say car will be worth 2k in 5 years with the bumper compared to 1k cause it hasn't got it. Would rather just build the car to my own personal wants and have it how i've visioned it.
Well if you buy the car, and you want to change to front end. let me know if you need help and ill help you do this with parts you need to do so

The white car in pics is an early mk1. The Red car shown is also a mk1, but a facelifted model with the seperate grille & bumper. Then there was mk2 Novas.

Oh right :) Still have a little problem telling the difference between them all lol
Yeah, front bumpers go like this:
Early Mk1 (Y-D reg):
