View Full Version : Random Ford streetka qu... for anyone up on them?

Hi all,

Please excuse this question as I know the majority of you will not be ford lovers however..... Were currently looking for a new car for my missus after selling her ford ka she's wanting to upgrade to the streetka (convertible model) Now what Im after knowing is.... what is the difference between the standard model and the Lux model. Is it just the leather interior? Or do some have electric roofs as oppose to the manual items on a standard model? Any other things they have extra? any help appreciated! as Im not filled with experiance or know how on these! Ps.. This is not my choice Its hers! you know what the ladys are like when it comes to the soft tops! lol

I've worked at a ford garage for over a year now and i've never seen one with an electric roof...:wtf: but we don't actually get that many street kas in. Thinking of it i don't even think theres one a week :confused: but heh.

Not a bad car though. Only problem i've ever come across is leaks...but only seen 2 with leaks in the time i've been there!

Dunno if it matters to her, but they are possibly slower than a snail. IMO there's much better cars on the market for less money.

Power means nothing to her mate, its all about the looks for her and she loves them!

Is that so... She wants silver or the dark grey they come in... nothing above 30k miles and It must be in good order. Max budget of 4.5k see what you can find mate!

Don't know about the StreetKa, but I've drove a SportKa, and I know it wasn't the fastest thing about, but boy was it fun to drive!!!!lol
