They are better but if you have brand new GM ones they will do, trust me, you don't want it dancing around under the bonnet.
If its show and pose just get GM, if you intend on tracking it, buy them
I got solid mount on mine and there is absolutely zero engine movement!
how much would the std gm ones be costing me compared to these??
ill give you a ring in a bit mazz about the zorst, gotta go out for dinner 2day, lol. family bash.
np dude.
Can you even get new GM ones now?
Im sure you can get them new, just wont be cheap. Still probably cheaper than the solid mounts.
Another thing that hasnt been mentioned, if you get some tiger seal and use it to fill up the mounts. Leave it to dry and it stiffens up the mounts, but not so much they are solid. Will still get movment in the engine bay but not as bad
I think Tiger sealing them makes them in-between normal mounts and solid's - sort of semi-solid mounts!
Yeh sort of, but then its £130 cheaper than solids!

you can get a set of brandnew GM mounts for about £50 :)

Thats what i did to mine, they're great, barely any engine movement and no all the feel of totaly soild.
